| Founded
in 1983 to provide a cooperative outlet for selected local artists
and craftspeople, Artists in Cahoots is a member run gallery – we
are invested in its success. So when you visit you'll find one of
us ready to offer you assistance and talk about the many different
works on display. |

| George
Makinson, the founder of Artists in Cahoots no longer occupies his painting corner in the Gallery. He continues to paint, mainly miniatures, at his home, but frequently visits the Gallery and is happy to meet clients there to discuss commissions. |
| Located
in the heart of historic Lexington, our shop occupies the ground floor
of the Alexander Withrow House on the corner of Washington and Main
Streets.
The Gallery is proud to be celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2008. |
